Subject: FloridaWorks was awarded a Workforce Innovation Fund grant to implement an entrepreneurship training program in collaboration with a consortium of seven other Florida regional workforce boards. A successful pilot program used a curriculum, Startup Quest, from the University of Florida's Office of Technology Licensing. At this time, FloridaWorks is of the opinion that the unique characteristics of Startup Quest and the goals of the grant justify this prourement as a sole source.
