Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for Technology Commercialization Services and Support

Subject:  The Alachua Bradford Regional Workforce Board d/b/a FloridaWorks, as the lead entity in the Business
Advocacy and Self‐Employment Consortium (BASEC), is soliciting responses from one or more eligible
organizations that can provide services as a vendor and support to a technology commercialization
entrepreneurial training program (“Startup Quest”).

Notice of Pending Sole Source Procurement - BASEC Entrepreneurship Curriculum

Subject: FloridaWorks was awarded a Workforce Innovation Fund grant to implement an entrepreneurship training program in collaboration with a consortium of seven other Florida regional workforce boards.  A successful pilot program used a curriculum, Startup Quest, from the University of Florida's Office of Technology Licensing.  At this time, FloridaWorks is of the opinion that the unique characteristics of Startup Quest and the goals of the grant justify this prourement as a sole source.
